
Loyola's dealings with the Ethics and Religious Culture Course will enter a new phase on May 7, 2012. The Court of Appeals is set to hear the Ministry's appeal. Please follow the links to read the official documents. Once again we thank everyone for their continued support on this issue.
Quebec filed for appeal and submitted their factum (argument for appeal). Loyola responded with their submission in April 2011. May 7th will hear oral arguments from both parties and ask questions pertaining to the case. The Govenrment will present in the morning of the 7th and Loyola will follow in the afternoon. The hearing is public, so all are invited to attend.
On Friday, June 18th, 2010 Loyola received the 63 page ruling by Superior Court Justice Gérard Dugré. The Loyola community wishes to thank everyone for their thoughts and prayers over the last year.
