Personal Counselling

Is something bothering you? Have some questions about time management or dealing with a classmate? Find out how the guidance office might be able to help.

How can I manage my time better?
Why do I get so stressed out during tests?
How can I control my emotions better?
Am I really that annoying?
I can't seem to talk to my parents about anything.
Who can I see if I have a confidential question?

At some point we all need a friend or person we can talk to. Guidance counsellors are trained to help people by listening, clarifying, and advising. Counsellors provide students one-on-one time where discussions of a personal nature can take place in private and without judgement. Please see Mr. Greczkowski, Ms Moussa, or Mr. Alvin Powell if you wish to make an appointment...we're here to help!

To make an appointment, you may email a counsellor, or drop by at 8:10, Monday to Friday.
