Got questions? Call 514-486-1101, send an email to [email protected], or download the Securities Donation Form.
- The capital gain inclusion rate is zero when eligible stocks or securities are donated directly to Loyola. If you sell the shares and donate the proceeds, you will be required to pay capital gains tax.
- The value of your charitable tax receipt will be based on the value of the securities as of the close of trading on the date the shares are received by Loyola High School.
- US Residents: The amount of the receipt will be based on the mean value of the highest and lowest selling prices of the securities on the date they are received by Loyola High School.

Create an Endowed Gift
Create a lasting legacy today by establishing an endowment. You may choose to name the fund for yourself, your family, or an individual you wish to honour, provided you have their consent.
When you create an endowed fund, the principal amount of your donation will be invested, and the annual investment income will be used to support the faculty or area of your choice. Your gift can be structured as a multi-year pledge and fulfilled over several years.
Choose Your Cause
Create a bursary to open doors for deserving students, support experiential learning opportunities, and more. Making an endowed gift provides a unique opportunity to make a long-term impact in an area you’re passionate about and prepare the next generation to tackle complex global challenges.
Know the Essentials
Most donors opt to fulfill their pledges over three to five years. There are established minimums for endowed gifts. Contact us to learn more.
